Unprofessional Conduct and Breach of Confidentiality — Avoid if You Value Integrity and Discretion As a professional based in Broward County with experience navigating high-value and high-conflict matters, I feel ethically compelled to warn others about my experience with Mary Gallo. I started communicating with Mary over several months to assist in listing and selling my property amidst a highly sensitive divorce proceeding. I emphasized—multiple times—the need for strict confidentiality and written communication with me cc’ed only with my estranged spouse, should contact be necessary at all. Mary acknowledged and agreed to these terms. Despite this, Mary violated these boundaries by initiating unauthorized and undisclosed phone conversations with my soon-to-be ex-wife someone who was not her client nor prospective client, did not hire her, and had no legal standing to direct the transaction nor be filled in undisclosed . These secret communications not only breached my trust but jeopardized the entire deal and caused irreparable harm to what could have been a smooth sale. Mary's actions demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, discretion, and respect for the legal framework governing complex transactions. Her behavior would be troubling in any context—but in a high-stakes, court-involved matter, it was grossly irresponsible. If your transaction involves sensitive legal issues, divorce, trusts, or multi-party coordination, I strongly recommend you seek a realtor who understands the importance of legal boundaries, fiduciary duty, and transparent communication. Based on my experience, Mary Gallo is not that person.

Mary is phenomenal!! Selling your place is stressful, she made the entire process smooth as can be, went above and beyond, always kept me informed every step of the way, which brings comfort knowing every detail in the process.
