Unprofessional Conduct and Breach of Confidentiality — Avoid if You Value Integrity and Discretion As a professional based in Broward County with experience navigating high-value and high-conflict matters, I feel ethically compelled to warn others about my experience with Mary Gallo. I started communicating with Mary over several months to assist in listing and selling my property amidst a highly sensitive divorce proceeding. I emphasized—multiple times—the need for strict confidentiality and written communication with me cc’ed only with my estranged spouse, should contact be necessary at all. Mary acknowledged and agreed to these terms. Despite this, Mary violated these boundaries by initiating unauthorized and undisclosed phone conversations with my soon-to-be ex-wife someone who was not her client nor prospective client, did not hire her, and had no legal standing to direct the transaction nor be filled in undisclosed . These secret communications not only breached my trust but jeopardized the entire deal and caused irreparable harm to what could have been a smooth sale. Mary's actions demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, discretion, and respect for the legal framework governing complex transactions. Her behavior would be troubling in any context—but in a high-stakes, court-involved matter, it was grossly irresponsible. If your transaction involves sensitive legal issues, divorce, trusts, or multi-party coordination, I strongly recommend you seek a realtor who understands the importance of legal boundaries, fiduciary duty, and transparent communication. Based on my experience, Mary Gallo is not that person.

Working with Mary was an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. She was fully invested in understanding our needs, offered valuable advice, and showed incredible patience throughout the process. Her honesty and excellent communication made everything so much easier and made a real positive impact throughout our process. I highly recommend Mary and will definitely refer her to all my family and friends.

I can not say enough good things about Mary. She has gone above and beyond my expectations in a Realtor. Because of her understanding and sympathetic way about her she decreased my stress in finding a place to call home by 10 fold. Because of her persistence and dedication I have found a beautiful place I now call home. If you have the privilege of calling this woman your Realtor I truly believe you have found the person to lead you to whatever you are looking for. 5 stars is not enough. :)

Mary is the most fabulous realtor I've ever worked with. She not only gives 100% but 150%. We are from out-of-state and bought a home through her in Key Largo. She not only did so much for us with people to do work on the house and coordinate things why we couldn't be there. She still works with us after closing and make sure that everything goes well as we move in. I give her more stars but 5 is all they have. You will definitely be in the best of hands with Mary!

Mary is amazing. Not only does she know her stuff but she’s so sweet and PATIENT!!! If your looking for a family home she’s the one. Very family oriented and she shows you exactly what you wanted. She’s not pushy and doesn’t try and show you homes out of your budget. I highly recommend.

Hi there’s not enough wonderful things I can say about Mary Gallo! We have dealt with buying and selling properties of the last several years and we have never had the pleasure of accounting a real estate agent who actually is the sellers agent that works with you so efficiently and goes above board to make sure your situation works for you. In this case she not only represented the seller but she was firsthand with us helping to organize, work with vendors to get in and out to do renovations, phone calls at all hours text messages, emails, she was on top of every aspect more than anyone I have ever seen! I have the honor of considering this woman our personal friend from all the interactions that we have had Back-and-forth over the last few months regarding the sale. They have been ups and downs trying to get everything organized dealing with the title company that was not doing their job efficiently. She took on all of the slack and all the interaction to make sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Mary I would never consider having another real estate agent in Florida but her!
